- Can’t sign in? There is no password — request a fresh link from the login page. Links last 15 minutes.
- Applied and heard nothing? Every application is reviewed by a person, so it is not instant.
- Payout not showing? Only cleared commissions are payable, the minimum is $50, and the first commission is held 45 days.
- A referral is missing? Attribution needs the client to arrive through your link and then order — the cookie lasts 30 days and binds to their account.
- Balance went down? Refunds and chargebacks are clawed back against future earnings.
