The terms, in plain language.
This is the plain-language summary shown before you apply. The full executed agreement is what governs, and you receive a copy to sign as part of approval — if the two ever disagree, the executed agreement wins.
What you earn
15% on every order a referred client places while they are not a member, calculated after discounts, before tax and shipping. When a referral starts a membership you earn a $240/yr bounty (or $15/mo on monthly memberships — annual prepay carries the higher bounty), renewed for as long as they stay, plus a 10–15% residual on their orders. Reach 26 members and your entire book steps to 15%; it ratchets up and never drops.
The rule that ties them together
Once a referral becomes a member, their orders pay the bounty and residual instead of the 15% — never both. The membership fee itself earns no commission; the bounty is the reward for it.
Attribution
Your personal code and link set a 30-day cookie, and the relationship binds to the client’s account when they order. Non-members are yours on a rolling 30 days window. Members are permanent to the original partner, including if they cancel and come back — unless they return through another partner’s code. You may not refer yourself or your own household.
Payment
PayPal, net-30. Commissions clear after the refund and chargeback window, then pay out once your cleared balance reaches $50 — below that it rolls forward. Your first commission is held 45 days. Refunds and chargebacks are clawed back against future earnings. You are responsible for your own taxes; a W-9 or W-8BEN is required before payment.
How you may promote
You must disclose that your link is a paid referral every time — “#ad”, “paid partner”, or equivalent. You may not make medical, health, therapeutic, or outcome claims of any kind; may not promise or imply earnings to recruit others; may not bid on the store’s brand terms in paid search; and may not use cookie-stuffing, coupon injection, or unattributed redirects.
Ending it
Either side may end the arrangement at any time. Violations run warning → content removal → termination with forfeiture of unpaid commissions. Commissions already cleared and approved at the time of an ordinary termination are still paid.
What this is not
This is a referral program — not employment, not a partnership in the legal sense, and not a guarantee of earnings. Every figure shown anywhere on this site is illustrative. What you actually earn depends entirely on what the clients you refer choose to do.
